We are looking for a detail-focused and motivated People & Quality Assurance Administrator to join our growing People & Quality Assurance Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with systems, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality records and documentation.

 

About the Role

You will be joining a well-established People & Quality Assurance Team of five, with each team member specialising in key organisational areas including Human Resources, My Aged Care, Compliance, and Work Health & Safety.

 

As the People & Quality Assurance Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across all these functions. Your work will help the team maintain accurate records, meet compliance and reporting requirements, and ensure high-quality, safe services for the people we support.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role includes:

  • High-volume data entry across case-management, compliance, and workforce systems
  • Updating My Aged Care consumer records, auditable documentation, and budgets
  • Maintaining accurate registers and documentation
  • Providing administrative support for compliance, governance, quality, HR, and Safety.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Solid data-entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality records and documentation
  • Confident working with digital tools, databases, and multiple systems
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay effective in a busy environment
  • A positive, supportive communication style that aligns with Magenta’s people-first culture
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

 

Desirable

  • 1–2 years’ experience in administrative, compliance, quality, or records-management roles
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related field
  • Strong capability with spreadsheets, registers, and reporting tools
  • Experience in the aged care, disability, or community services sector
  • Familiarity with My Aged Care portals, client management systems, or HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of governance, quality, or WHS requirements
