As we continue to grow and evolve with sector reforms (NDIS & Support at Home), we are looking for a detail-oriented and purpose-driven Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.
About the Role
This is not your standard bookkeeping role.
You will play a critical role in safeguarding participant funds, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting compliance across:

NDIS (Agency & Plan Managed supports)

Support at Home (Aged Care)
-
Internal Plan Management services
In addition to bookkeeping responsibilities, this role will provide operational support and leave coverage across our NDIS Plan Management and Aged Care funding functions, ensuring continuity of service for participants and stakeholders.
Your work will directly contribute to ethical financial management, audit readiness, participant outcomes, and organisational sustainability.
What You'll Be Doing

Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations across multiple funding streams

Managing NDIS claims (PRODA/NDIA Portal) and Plan Managed payments

Monitoring participant budgets and identifying discrepancies
-
Supporting Support at Home (Aged Care) financial processing and compliance requirements

Providing leave coverage and administrative support for Plan Management functions, including payment processing, provider enquiries, and participant funding administration
-
Assisting with Aged Care funding administration, claims processing, reconciliations, and stakeholder communication during periods of leave or increased workload

Working closely with operational teams to resolve billing and funding issues

Assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation as requested by the leadership team

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with NDIS and Aged Care funding requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential

Qualified and experienced Bookkeeper
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence using accounting and financial management systems

Solid Excel skills
-
Understanding of compliance and financial accountability
-
Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
Highly Desirable
Experience in:

NDIS (Agency or Plan Management)
-
Aged Care / Support at Home
-
Accounts payable and receivable functions
-
Funding claims and participant budget management
-
Knowledge of NDIS Pricing Arrangements, Plan Management requirements, and Aged Care funding frameworks
